2017 Budget for KMS Outdoors

I need a budget to keep me on track during the year. I haven’t had one year the same as the previous since I made my career change. So my budget occasionally requires some revising during the year, primarily increases to the revenue section. Five white water rafting companies sit within about a 25-kilometre radius of one another – as the crow flies – on the banks of the Ottawa River. As someone who found herself somewhere between Pembroke and Foresters Falls for the better part of 18 months, I often wondered how they managed to stay in business.
